Sport North is excited to host the 68th Annual Petersen & Auger Charity Golf Tournament in support of KidSport™. It will take place on Friday August 28th, 2020 starting at 10:00am at the Yellowknife Golf Club. 

Following the Covid-19 protocols of the Yellowknife Golf Club, there will be limited teams able to participate. 

All funds raised will be donated to Kidsport NWT™, which provides grants to NWT children who face financial barriers so that they have the equal opportunity to play organized sports. 

As it is approaching, we are securing sponsors who are willing to donate various prizes and auction items for this event or wish to sponsor a hole and participate. Attached is a brochure outlining all the sponsorship opportunities and team registration information. Also attached is a message from our Tournament Chair – Roger Walker – encouraging your involvement. Any donation big or small would go a long way and benefit the disadvantaged youth in the North.

This tournament is for all skill levels, so don’t worry if you are not a pro because when you’re golfing for the kids, there’s no such thing as a bad shot!
