WHY DO YOU COACH:

Hockey has taught me many things growing up such as interpersonal skills, time management and organizational skills. These are skills that I used both on and off the ice helping me grow as an individual. I only hope that I can help others gain the skills I did growing up playing hockey.

WHAT IS YOUR COACHING PHILOSOPHY:

I only hope that what I have gained from sports my athletes can also gain from me as a coach.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST COACHING POSITION:

I have been coaching since 2010 starting as an off ice coordinator for the Antigonish Bulldogs female midget team.

WHO INSPIRES YOU:

My past coaches inspire me, knowing the time they have spent volunteering, giving back to communities simply for the love of the game. Growing up my coaches never had kids on the team they coached because they enjoyed it and it showed in the pride they took when coaching.
