Isabelle Cayer
Director of Sport Safety, Coaching Association of Canada

Isabelle Cayer is the Director of Sport Safety at the Coaching Association of Canada. Her current mission is to create a safer and more inclusive sport system for everyone. Her work is focused on safe sport, coach education and training, gender equity, mentorship, inclusion, and the professionalization of coaching in Canada. She has volunteered and worked at the
club and national level of sport for over 30 years and is a current volunteer Board member for a local skating club for the past 7 years. Previously worked at Skate Canada as a Competitive Coaching Programs Manager and LTAD file, Graduate of the University of Ottawa, NCCP certified Provincial figure skating coach, NCCP Certified Learning Facilitator for Coaches Association of Ontario.
