Territorial Trial Registration is now closed

Territorial Trial registration is due October 30th, this includes athletes, coaches, and chaperones.  Registrations will be considered incomplete if any of the following is missing: a completed online registration, full Territorial Trial payment, and all required forms. 

All participants (coaches, chaperones, athletes) 18 yrs. of age and over must submit a Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check prior to their Territorial Trials date – CRC/VSC must be valid six months prior to the Arctic Winter Games. 

All participants will need to provide proof of a valid passport, or that they have submitted a passport application (renewal or new application) and received a processing number from the Government of Canada. Please be prepared to work within your sport to ensure/assist there are chaperones available to travel with athletes for the Trials.  Where reasonable Sport North will endorse a ratio of 1 chaperone to 8 athletes. Chaperones NOT attending the 2024 AWGs do not need to provide proof of a valid passport.
